3 months and no membership card

<p>I joined the scheme on 01/09/2016 and the agent told me as soon as my 1st debit order clears they will send through my Policy Document and Membership Card.</p> <p> </p> <p>So far the only correspondence I received was a copy of my Policy Document via email.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I phoned the Call Centre on 17/11/2016 to find out when my Membership Card will arriving.</p> <p>The lady said that the Courier company couldn't get hold of me to do the delivery, which is strange as no one ever contacted me to inform me about this... Anyway I asked the lady to please ask the courier company to deliver it to my employment address as I am there most of the time during business hours.</p> <p> </p> <p>2 weeks later and still no membership card (As far as I know couriers usually take between 3 - 5 days).</p> <p> </p> <p>Not a very happy customer, thinking of canceling this service and moving on...</p>
