3 months and no membership card

<p>I joined Getsavvi Health on 01/09/2016 and the agent told me as soon as my 1st debit order has cleared they would send me my Membership Card as well as my Policy documents.<br /><br />The only thing I received since then via email was my Policy documents.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I contacted the Call Centre on 17/11/2016 to follow up when I will receive my Membership Card. The agent told me that the Couriers couldn't get hold of me to deliver the Membership Card, which is strange because until now no one has ever called me to state they are finding it difficult to deliver the package... In any case I asked the agent if they can please ask the courier to deliver at my place of employment as I am there during office hours...<br /><br />So two weeks later and no courier has arrived (And as far as I know it usually takes 3 - 5 days).<br /><br />I hope this is not the kind of service I can expect in future... It is not looking good</p>
