Communication level ZERO

I am not sure why they have an e-mail address listed as 1. They never respond. (This is now the 3rd time someone in my family have e-mailed about different events or questions). And 2. My Dad got the shortest reply earlier this year when they did reply and than not again. If I could rate lower I would now !!
