worst customer service

i would like to express my deepest dissapointment in the way Gelmar responds to customer complaints/enquiries.

i bought some LED flood lights 10watt from them for which i used on jobs for customers.

one of my customers phoned me that the lights little individual LEds does not work. i then made contact with the montague branch whom i bought this 2 months ago at and yet to this day no one has even bothered to get back to me whether i can get this returned or not. on the box of the led flood light it states that it has a 3 year gaurentee on it.

i would totally not recommend this stores product to any one just for the fact that they can no back up customer after care its like they just ignore you and hope you just go away or give up.

this is not the first time i am experiencing problems with them the last time it took so long to get my orders processed from them online.

was very satisfied at first with there pricing and product range. but they lost me when it comes to after service and customer care .
