******** company policy

i have been dealing with the pietermaritzburg store for years now. I like their product and use them often. Im very upset about a policy that is not lawful. I was in the store oppeted to buy a product and was sold the wrong one by one of the assistants. No problem he made a mistake but then im told i have to wait for my money back the next day any sale over 500 has to be done by head office. Its tuesday and i have still not recieved my money. This is no way to do business. And to top it the product i wanted was recalled to head office which i don't believe. When you buy you pay immediately returns should be in the same way especially when it wasn't my mistake
