Well this is the ****ist company ever. 30 Min for them to answer the phone HELLO. Well at least they said that. Upon the call being answered, when you tell the person how to answer a phone call correctly for a company the give you stick.
Ask for a manager - well that was an issue. Eventually when you do get the manager and he sends you a quote on items that you did not ask for well one has to think what type of company on is dealing with.
When you call the head office and ask for the REGIONAL Manager - well this is another issue. You get asked for what store, and the more one says REGIONAL - the more one gets the same question asked.
It seems to me that if you are a woman asking questions that you know what you need, you get treated as if you'r and idiot.
Never again.
Will not even start on how they treat their customers of colour!!!

Our head office would ask which store you have been dealing with because we have different managers for the various stores/regions/provinces we have in South Africa.
