I have had the most professional, easygoing and best experience at the Gelmar Tokai branch with a gentleman by the name of Eugene Hector. He made my shopping experience wrt some important essentials so smooth as I am busy with renovations at my home. Eugene's service goes over and above what he is supposed to do, keeping in touch wrt delivery of the items, checking if I have the correct amount of items etc. There's so much more he can be commended on such as his attitude and beautiful mannerism and calm way.
