Rude security

I was st the Springfield branch to buy some items and I was not impressed. Firstly the website says the store closes at 5pm yer the trading hours at the door is 16:30. I then tried to get assistance from the security guard at the door to get clarity and he was very rude. The security guard was very rude to me and shut the door in my face and the staff member was leaving and so he asked the security guard to call the manager for me so I could get some clarity on whether the correct time was the time at the door or on the website and he continued to be rude. In fact I was very disappointed in how was treated the least he could’ve done was to tell me nicely and say that the store is closed I should return tomorrow.
