On 2 occasions I placed orders for off-set entrance door handles with different employees expecting them to contact me when they receive delivery. to my disappointment that did not happen. On both occasions the employees had the same excuse, "it just arrived". it was on the self to be sold??? an order that i placed. Is that their customer service???
