Poor service Gelmar Motague

I have always enjoyed the professional and honorable service from Gelmar, Fouways, Sundon, Centurion in Jhb and N1 city in Capetown to mention a few. However, today I regret the unpleasent encounter I just had at your Montague branch. I dealt with Jeffrey who assured me that he would inform me to come collect my products as soon as the immediate payment I made had reflected. I kept calling during the course of the afternoon to follow-up and he kept reassuring me.

I called at 4pm as I realized the day was about to end, to my shock the call was answered by someone else who told me that they will be closing at 4pm due to the strike, which is understanle. Jafery first informed me that HQ had not allocated the paymebt, when i aksed him for the telephine number of HQ, he changed the version. and said the money had now been allocated

When I requested them to give me about 10min to get someone to the store to pick up my parcel, they declined.

This is despite me having explained to Jeffrey prior to making the payment how important it was, for my client, to get the items today.

If you dare listen to the telephone conversations between 16:00 & 16:15 on the 7th of Aug 2023, you will be appauled at the absurdity of Jeffery's excuses, which clearly displayed serious lack of appreciation of client services needless to point out the lack.of professionalism thereof.

Thus may have been a genuine mistake, considering the skeleton stuff due tot the stile in Capetown. However, please help ensure that nobody else receives such poor service in the future as it potentially can drag your great brand into the mud.
