Poor service

Bought 1 Barn door track @ N1 City . Enquired if i can have 2 more and was told that it will arrive in a couple of days and it will be kept for me. I went to the store to buy the units, but after a while was told they sold it already to a another customer.What a waste of my time and money.The manager told me i must go to the Montague Gardens branch as they have 5 available. I went Saturday morning to this branch but was told that it was reserved for another client. Utterly poor service and again driving around for nothing and money and time wasted.
