Poor quality products and poor service.

Purchased 2 floating shelves from gelmar hillcrest. On opening the box realised the pre drilled holes in the shelves were patched. Also both items lacked sufficient *****s and wall plugs. Returned the following day and showed the hillcrest staff that even the new un opened shelves on their racks had been repaired and lacked the correct number of *****s. I was told to complain via their whatsapp number which i did. Have still not received a reply. What poor service.
