Not repeating the trading hours and poor customer service.

I visited Gelmar greenstone on Sunday the 25th. They stated thier trading hour on the internet and it clearly say they close at 13h00. I arrived there 13h00 and the doors were already closed and one could see they were closed way before the indicated time. I asked the gentlemen on the entrace as to why cause it's only now that is 13h00 and he said I can't come in cause I's 13h00. I tried to negotiate with him and his reasons was there is a lot of customers in the store already. He called his supervisor and the supervisor just plain out refused to even come and hear me out. I told the gentleman I needed to change my kitchen unit legs to the right size and I have contractors finishing same day. But it landed in deaf ears. I did not expect them to adjust the trading hours for me. I only asked them to hournor their 13h00 promise.
