Not happy about service

<p>Hi there I bought some goods at gelmar Vincent park branch and am a regular customer here and today I went to exchange an item I bought to them and item still sealed not used but I lost my slip but they refused to exchange it for me.aren't you guys know about CPA customer protection act which protect us as customers . However I am very unhappy about all this . </p>
