No till slip no exchange

Ia m a regular Gelmar Xavier customer. I bought bathroom accessories and i missed them i thought mayb contractors stole them i went back to buy again. When unpacking boxes i found same item i went to try at least to exchange because i do not need them anymore i was told to came back on Monday the manager is not in. I call the manager Harry explaining my situation he told me if i do not have a till slip he cant assist me it is the company policy. I was nt looking to be cash refund but to exchange with something that i might use in future. I was disappointed as it was Gelmar products
