No guarantee

<p>I purched a lot of kitchen cupboard handles for a new kitchen in June of 2015. In February one of the handles broke and I went into the store to get it replace. Only to find that they no longer stock this product.. Eventually on Sa****ay I was given head offices number as the branch could not help. When I contact head office and spoke to Patsy, who I believe is one of the directors, I was told that they do not offer a guarentee on handles, only handles that they manu****ure themselves. There is no signage in the store that tell you this "SO BEWARE" when you buy from them. </p>
