Great Staff=Great Shopping Experience!

For a great shopping experience Gelmar is hard to beat! From the security official at the entrance, to the assistants on the floor, they all go out of their way to make your shopping experience a memorable one. The security official at the door greets you with a smile and is well versed with the layout of the shop floor. I showed him a sample of what I was looking for and he directed me to the isle where I found a variety of the hinges as per sample. I noted that the prices varied for what appeared to be the same hinge. An assistant named Michael approached me and asked if he could assist me. I asked why there was a difference in the prices, and he explained the difference in the hinges and what they were used for. The cashier at the till was also pleasant and cheerful. The staff all seemed happy to be working at Gelmar and it shows, in the manner they all treat their customers, which is a scarcity nowadays. A 100% pleasant experience.
