Good honest, friendly service - Tyrese Gelmar Tokai

I recently purchased a kitchen sink at Gelmar Ottery, unfortunately I lost the receipt. When trying to to get my money back, I was told I had to exchange same for something else. I eventually ended up at the Gelmar Tokai store one day and was assisted by Tyrese. What a difference and like a fresh breath, he ordered the tap I was looking for and kept me in the loop, within two weeks he called and got me sorted with the exchange for the tap when it eventually arrived. Give that man a........!
