Gelmar return policy

bought Franke kitchen mixer in their Cape Town (Tokai) store. It looked like a returned product (box was broken and the white bag was a bit dirty) but the lady (Yolanda) convinced me it was brand new. An hour later I installed it and of course it was leaking inside the mixer valve. When I tried to swap / return two hours after purchase I was told this is now between me and Franke.
