GELMAR Boksburg - Security personnel AKA packers (not trained professionally)

I visited on Wed 8 Aug. The customer before me was already agitated with the security staff as the person took out all the items that was in the plastic bag. On returning the items she tore the plastic bag, then she just put the turpentine in sideways on top of the other items, as there was no more space in the one plastic bag. The customer rightfully pointed out that the turpentine which is a liquid and flammable must be packed upright. The security person AKA packer did not offer to get a new plastic bag, the customer had to ask for one. So they use security as repackers after the purchase. This is totally unacceptable as the security is not properly trained to pack the items nicely and safely. (or may be it is just a lack of attitude. I was waiting on the security and the agitated gentle man to finish with no other salesperson coming to my assistance as I wanted to return a couple of items. I was not anticipating the bad service I would get. Although I was thinking what is Gelmar doing - is this a security officer or a repacker? Can they not train people properly about Safety and customer care?
