Gelmar amanzimtoti useless

I recently purchased some stuff from gelmar amanzimtoti despite everyone complaining about the branch and how **** the staff are i still.decided to support them.as a carpenter, so today I went in to return some of the soft close runners which are gelmar brand because they were faulty, the manager in store Sandile was so arrogant he even refused to listen to me or even inspect the runners, yet he claimed they were installed the wrong way as if he is a carpenter, this problem i never ever experienced with the Springfield branch as they understand customers an dare always accommodating, he then ask me if I have a receipt and I said no i don't so he says he cant help me without a receipt but just 2 weeks back 1 of the employees at that branch told me if I need to exchange anything even if I don't have a receipt it can be done,the Springfield branch does this happily, i think im more disgusted with the manager Sandiles useless attitude than I am with the product.
