BRILLIANT Customer Service

I recently purchased handles at Gelmar Hillfox Roodepoort and they were the wrong size which we only realised a few days later. By this time I could not find the receipt. I hoped as I had the original bag and the handles had not been opened they would exchange. I proceeded to go to the store and had the most AMAZING service. The young man on duty did not hesitate or question me he simple did a credit note even going to so far as fetching the correct size handles on my behalf. This was customer service at its best. Five minutes and I was in and out!! I did not even have a chance to ask the young man his name but a big thank you for the prompt service.
