Bad service

Good day , Was at Gelmar Centurion branch, 4 September 2020, was assisted by Sharon, on payment I took out my grocery bag, for her to pack my items, she deliberately ignored me, I asked her if she will not be packing my goods she completely ignored me and conversed with her colleagues. Is this the "new way of assisting" customers since the pandemic? I have been to a number of stores where cashiers still pack one's goods, with ones' grocery bag and sanitise their hands thereafter. Is this not the case for Gelmar Centurion? Regards
