Bad customer service from staff and supervisors

<p>Hi there I bought some goods and I bought on 2 different occasion luckily I had a slip for 1 and other 1 u lost it . When I went to exchange they refused to exchange because I didn't had a slip and they told me they can't but I showed them slip of second item and I am regular customer but they refused and even supervisor. Ain't these guys knows about CPA or they need to be educates about . If they not then I will take this further. </p>
