Bad attitude, bad product, bad service

I'm using the word "bad"in the title because the words i want to use are inapropriate here. I bought undercounter LED's and teh power supply that goes with it, at the Edenvale. The power supply failed. I exchanged it for a new one. No problem thus far. The second power supply failed, so i took it back. The duty manager on that day told me that i would have to pay the "package fee" because I did not have the original packaging, and as I could now not use the LEDS without the power supply would have to uninstall everything, and then I would have to pay a "package fee" for this too. So I get it Gelmar, you sell substandard products and because they are not returned in the original packaging you charge a fee. So you make a profit in any case by RIPPING me off. Clever. However to add insult to injury the duty manager did not even allow me to finish thye conversation, she turned to another customer and loudly said "NEXT", how rude, is this Gelmars version of customer service. Well it aint going to be me, as I will never shop there again. Dear shopper find an alternative to Gelmar as their products are low quality and their service stinks and they rip you off with this BS package fee.
