Geforce/ Huge Telecom
We have been dealing with Geforce for more than a year, we were promised the same as what we had with telkom. 2 Lines, and internet @ a minimum of 10mbps. For 1 year we have tried to get our internet requirements met, and are consistently ignored, and they blame it on Rain. Not my problem. Our speed today is 0.1 mbps, as it is most days. Upload speed is 0. My business is suffering, There are no contactable email addresses that work. These guys are linked to Huge Telecom and they are just as bad.

After numerous complaints, I asked for the information about our lte connection with RAIN. I.e. The telephone number of the sim card , username and password. I would be happy to go to another service provider, where they provide SERVICE of some description..
