You don't get what you ordered.
Make sure when you are ordering, you actually get what you ordered and not a Chinese knockoff. Also after editing your reviews on their site as I did to reply, it auto bumps it to a 5 star and you can no longer re-edit the rating. ----------rating on page + replies------------ They sent a cheaper unknown Chinese brand with a piece of paper stating "Please note: This battery is a genuine Securi-prod 7ah Lithium Iron Phosphate batter. Due to high demand and limited time, it was not branded as usual". The specs between the a genuine Securi-prod BA50-1 and this "RBA50-1", are not the same, completely different charge and discharge rates. And changing the specs after I order on the website doesn't help your case either.
Well lets see what happens when I connect 2 originals with these 2 in parallel and charge it with their "GW-P-800W Inverter + Charger" which charges at 6A.

The technician has recommended the alternative below, should you be interested. ------------- ME: 2023/03/06 15:54 On the actual batteries last sent "unbranded", the max charge rate is up 3A. On the older "branded" / "SECURI-PROD 7AH LIFEP04" has a 5A charge rage. And both have a different discharge rate.
So the warehouse team can confirm these are identical batteries, even though both have different specs printed on them? And do they realize I'm connecting 4 of them in parrel, 2 being the branded and now 2 unbranded?
--------reply to Shop owner reply on 09 March 2023---------- The fact you say the "new black batteries" are identical specifications to the green ones, but are printed incorrectly on them, yet you use those new specifications in the description is contradictive in itself. Also saying it is not for UPS use now after gutting the description for drop in UPS replacement, you still missed the one original reference under features "- Suitable SLA Replacement – Gate Motor, Energizer, Alarm System, UPS, etc"
-------Shop owner reply on 09 March 2023----- PLEASE NOTE that the current battery we ship for this item comes in a black colour(not green as per the picture) but has identical specs to the original unit. The specs printed on the new black unit are incorrect but the specifications are identical to the specs listed above.

We have confirmed directly with Regal (importers of Securiprod) that this battery is identical, only unbranded. Specs were unfortunately changed by the warehouse team to the specs printed on the battery. Those specs are incorrect :(
We have since corrected the specs and picture as confirmed now, by Regal. In addition, we have requested an official letter from Regal to confirm this, and I will email that through to you as soon as I have it.
If you would like, I would be most happy to get these batteries back from you and refund you in full. Please feel free to email me on ***, with how you would like to proceed?

The fact you are still trying to pass this off as the same battery is insulting and honestly just ****es me off. Could have been all avoided if the original batteries were sent, or an update that replacements would be sent that were compatible or even just a refund.Secondly alerting the website page, stating it isn't UPS use after the original and even after I pointed out your sloppy change of the page missing parts of it still stating it was for UPS use and now very attachment you give me stating it is for UPS use. Then lets not talk about the constant specification changes and even the actual picture of the battery changed.Thirdly altering my review to a 5 star and stripping out all the text to make it look like a stella 5 star review is out right *****.
I already said with all this BS I'm using the batteries, but if they pop or don't get close to their rating, another review will be incoming and not on the website since I can see who ever is managing it is altering user reviews.And if you want to keep proding, maybe I should just strip 1 original and 1 "new" identical battery and post a comparison across Youtube and other social media platforms with all the dam interactions I got from Geezwiz to prove a point?
Geezwiz has burnt its bridges and that trust is long go, with all the recommendations for and now against the company. You haven't just lost me as a customer but several dozen others as well.
