Worst company ever!
Absolute garbage! They sold me a broken inverter! When I tried to exchange it they were horribly nasty towards me! They REFUSE to exchange it for a working unit! I got ****med out of R4000! Stay away from this business! They are nasty towards their customers, they treated me like absolute dirt! All the glowing 'reviews' on here are clearly ****! They are the worst company ever! Avoid them like the plague!

We understand that you are not happy with the outcome but we are trying our best to offer you the best solution given the circumstances.
Because the unit is severely damaged with corrosion, we are not charging you for the repair, however, we would need to collect our loan inverter which was given to you in good faith so that you could still have power during loadshedding.
Unfortunately, the warranty does not cover physical damage to the inverter, and we were still willing to have the unit repaired at our cost as well as incurring the shipping costs to and from.
I have tried contacting you telephonically and via email for the last week to find out when we could collect our loan inverter.
You have only rep**** to my email today, but not advising when we could collect our loan unit from you and when we can return the repaired inverter to you.
Could you please reply to my email with the necessary details so that we can resolve the return amicably?
