Technician from GeeWiz delivered and installed lithium battery for us today. My husband and I are both into our 80s. The technician, Nature, was very helpful and efficient. We had made arrangements to pay cash on delivery Imagine my surprise when I was told I had put an additional R400 in the envelope by mistake and he returned this extra to me! Service from GeeWiz is very good. Bitimpossible to speak to anyone personally due to very high call volumes particularly after Xmas break but they do respond very quickly to emails If you need inverters and batteries chat to this company!!
