UPS battery replacement

I purchased a long run UPS from Geewiz under a year ago and the deep cycle batteries started to show signs of not holding a charge. I contacted Jannie from Geewiz, I exchanged the battery information and he replaced it without any hassles. The batteries was n bad batch of different brand. In and out in 15 minutes.
