I returned an item and it was received on the 25th of August 2022 yet to this date 07 September 2022 i have not received my refund they keep telling me that "I will advise as soon as I receive feedback." i am not sure if the aim is for me to forget about my refund or what because it has been a whole 17 days waiting for a simple refund
