Tsholofelo is a gem

I wish to compliment Tsholofelo on her excellent conduct on a telephone call with me today. She was helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. She did not rush me off the phone; she took the time to assist. I did not feel like a number but as someone of worth, considering my age, she treated me like a human being and not a waste of fresh air. I am so grateful for the service received and hope your managers recognise your worth and that you are an asset in the department. Thank you Tsholofelo, you were a blessing to me.
