Trustworthy, and great with returns within warranty period

I have ordered from them a few times, and I have always been happy with the ordering, payment, and delivery processes, as well as with the products. Recently, an item I had ordered from them stopped working. It was still within the 12 month warranty period. I logged a return with Geewiz and was assisted by Fairlynne. Within a day of Geewiz collecting the faulty item from me, they had assessed it and let me know that they would be sending me a replacement. A very good experience. A special thanks to Fairlynne!
