Terrible service

I would not recommend geewiz, I purchased an inverter in March this year by May this year the battery life was poor, I contacted geewiz to advise the lady told me to bring in the inverter. Unfortunately they not open on the weekend which is the only time I could bring it in. The battery life continues to deteriorate eventually I found out I could request a return via their site. They collected the inverters battery only it’s been 2 weeks and no feedback the return agent helping me has absolutely no sense of customer service and continuously says she will send feedback after calling in and speaking to multiple people I was promised a loan battery as the tech team has not yet checked my battery. To date I am still waiting for a loan battery and or feedback on my broke battery.
