Rapid response to RMA request

Purchased a 3000VA Mecer Axpert invertor with Lithium batteries from Geewiz. Invertor started smoking within a few hours of plugging in on first day, looked like a fault with Mecer unit. I logged a replacement request on the weekend, and Geewiz approved on Monday morning, I returned the unit on Tuesday and they did a straight replacement on the spot. Unit is working perfectly now.

Would definitely recommend them for their professional service and focus on customer satisfaction. I'd also shop with them again.
