pathetic service, defective product, refuses a refund, just trying to get more money from us

We placed and paid for the inverter order online in Sept 2022 to enable our small company to survive load shedding. We finally received our inverter with the deep cycle batteries all connected and ready to plug and play during Nov. It worked 2 times with the computer and WiFi, however the 3rd time it was needed it bombed out and would not even handling the WiFi connectivity. This during December 2022. They were on leave and not available for support until the 09th Jan 2023. After discussions and loads of e-mails, they suggested we return the unit. This was returned on the 11 Jan 2023. Their inverter (2400VA with 2x 100AH deep cycle batteries) could simply not power one computer and wifi! We have had numerous conversations on e-mail and telephonically, finally their solution was for us to buy an even bigger inverter that must now be connected to the DB board - not something we wanted in a month to month rental office. We ordered and paid for this as they refused to refund us. We were then contacted to inform us that the inverter would be delivered. I questioned who was going to connect it and was told that this we needed to do ourselves. I explained that we did not have the tools nor the knowledge to do this and someone would need to come to connect the inverter to the battery back up system. This needed to be referred to their management. Not hearing back from them in 2 days, I contacted them again, to be informed that we need the cables to do the connections and they are checking with the warehouse for availability. Then received a call back to say they failed to include the cost of the cables. We need to pay in another R575.00 in order to get the cables and complete the connections.

Trying to contact them is near impossible, you just get put on hold waiting in a queue forever All we want is our money back so we can search for a supplier who can provide us with a solution to power one computer and wifi. They have left us without the ability to run our company for 5 months already!
