Paid for next day still waiting for my parcel after 4 days

This is beyond bad, this is almost ********, they charge you for delivery unlike most of online stores like takealot and still mess up your delivery by days not hours.

I ordered some electrical item, selected and paid for the next day delivery, on the product page it says "IN STOCK. DISPATCHED/COLLECTION SAME DAY!" after 4 days, I am still waiting on my parcel.

First, I didnt get what I paid for, secondly I made arrangements with electrician to come and install the unit, for three days I have been paying the electrician and the parcel yet to show up on my door.

I have a legally binding email promising me that I will get my parcel today which I didnt, I will now issue an invoice for my damages for daily electrician charges. I am asking for legal help for this message to find its way to the Consumer Protraction.
