Outstanding Customer Service!!

I have been searching for a cost effective but reliable inverter/Lithium battery kit for my TV, decoders, etc and came across the Geewiz website. Not being sure about what capacity/size to purchase, I sent web message to their customer care team expecting them to take a while to respond due to the current huge demand for their wide range of products. To my amazement, I received an email from their Technical Manager Jannie Lubbe THE SAME DAY! All my questions were answered and I was able to place an order with confidence. Very impressive and proof that Geewiz gives everybody outstanding customer service even if you are not yet a customer!!
