Nothing like I've EVER experienced.

<p>From the moment I telephoned the company for product information to the moment I received my package, I was totally blown away.<br />I order regularly online, from a TV to computer components but I have never had the service and respect from any company quite like Geewiz. <br />Having met their obligation by dispatching the product immediately after ordering, there were major problems with the delivery company which is outside their control (or so I thought). Trying to track the parcel from the courier was impossible and I was forced to turn to Geewiz constantly throughout the day to sort out the problem. They came back to me immediately regarding the package which eventually arrived after dark. <br />Every single person I dealt with in every department including dispatch made sure that I would be a happy customer. The last call they made to me was at close to 9pm to ensure I had received my item. Even the courier company managed to redeem themselves in my eyes.<br />I would HIGHLY recommend Geewiz Electronics both on service and price!</p>
