Non performance by GEEWIZ

On 14 September 2026 I bought an inverter and a battery cable from Geewiz. After a day or two I wanted to track my order, but the Geewiz website was " out of order ". The following day the website indicated that my order was cancelled. After a about a week the cable only was delivered in a RAM pouch - no inverter. The RAM waybill in the pouch indicated " Parcel 2 0f 2 ". Geewiz made use of Bobgo as a courier service. RAM and Bobgo insists that the inverter was delivered. By 16:00 on 22 September 2026 I am still waiting on a response from Geewiz and/or Bobgo to my urgent plea for assistance to locate the inverter. In the interim I am still without a power supply on the farm. It seems that one has to be careful of this supplier and its courier partners.
