No excuses, just great service!

I was sceptical buying a high value item like an inverter from this company but their service levels have been phenomenal. I did experience a problem with the batteries on my inverter unit. Jannie Lubbe and his team assisted me. The batteries were replaced on the same day and I was up and running in a few hours. They acknowledged the problem on their side and gave me no hassle in swapping out the batteries. No excuses, no delays, just great service. This is my new go to place for tech.
