Missing parts. Trampoline bought for my daughters birthday

I ordered a trampoline. Service delivery was very quick. When I received the package the box looked like it had been opened and retaped shut. A pole immediately poked through the bottom of the box. The pipes looked like they have been assembled together before. The frame was bent and oval not round. And there were missing parts. No stoppers for the poles at the bottom so the trampoline could stand on the ground, no toppers for the pipes at the top. And no tool to help connect the mat. I ordered this as a birthday gift. I received immediate feedback but no solution as to when they will pick up the defected item and replace it with a new one containing all its parts. Just a we will get back to you. I really hope this matter will be resolved immediately so that I can give my daughter her present on time. This WEEK
