Missing item on delivery

I was very worried about placing this order as there are so many ****** out there capitalizing on Loadshedding. However, Geewiz is a legit company, Odwa from their customer care line was helpful. Once you get hold of the customer service or technical team, they are informative and helpful.

I am however disappointed and extremely frustrated as you simply cannot get through on the landline often waiting in excess of 30min before anyone answers. Email replies are slow and can take up to two days before a reply is received. I had my receptionist calling constantly as if trying to phone SARS or a government organization to try and get through.

I placed the order on Thursday the 11th and made sure that all items in my basket was "In stock" only to find out on the Friday via the platform that something in my order was now on Back order. after numerous calls and finally getting through I stated both telephonically with a follow up email on the Friday 19th to kindly replace the back ordered item with something similar in stock and I would make an immediate payment should there be a difference in price.... No reply or action taken until the following Tuesday....

Now to top it off on Final delivery of stock only 1 Solar panel of the 2 ordered was delivered.

I am yet to get any feedback from Geewiz regarding my short delivered elusive solar panel on my order. As they have taken the day off for Shavout. I assume I will only get feedback next week.. whom knows when...

I have contractors on site waiting ever so patiently to install and complete the electrical work for the build.

Very frustrated customer.
