Incorrect Item Received
I ordered 15 cool white LED globes from them. Delivery was delayed and when it arrived it was a small looking box with only ONE globe inside. Not sure who would pay delivery fee for a R20 Globe. They collected the one globe and then informed me that no stock is available and suggested the very same product I clearly stated in an email I do not wanted. Hope my refund is not delayed for many days. Guys stick to Takealot, don't waste your time with small players.

24 Jun 2021, 15:05The Company apologized and rectified my order. They found me stock of the product I wanted. They offered to give me 3 additional bulbs for the mistake that was made. They handled the mistake in a professional way.
