<p>i must agree with the previous complaint about the wrong plugs on items we bought from geewiz. We took out product to a local repair shop for repairs because our home was hit by lightening and the technician told me that they cannot fix the product because it is not approved for sa. I asked him how does he know this and he told me it is becuase the plug on the device is not a south african plug. be careful what you buy online.</p>

All our items are covered under warranty, and we do replace items if they malfunction under warranty.
