Horrible advice

In February I decided to buy an ESENER inverter and SUNSYNK battery as a start to my solar journey from Geewiz. After making the purchase I decided to confirm whether this was a good choice and called Geewiz tech support. They advised me to change the inverter to LUXPOWER from ESENER as it was not compatible with the chosen battery. I found this to be helpful and was pleased. This week I am very displeased, I finally had these installed and found out that the advice given to me was by tech support at Geewiz wrong. The inverter is not compatible with the battery. Now I have a battery that I can't use at all and have to spend more money that I do not have for me to get a compatible battery.
