Hassle-free refund

The support was fantastic throughout the purchasing and refunding process. A listing was incorrect, but my refund was handled hassle-free and relatively fast given this was during peak holiday season in April.

The listing was also updated (and in their defense this was an outlier case due to the product not being super clear on their service limitations from the main supplier side) quite soon after the refund request was created.

Will definitely be purchasing from them again (with intent to keep the product next time)
