Happy customer, will return, thanks to Fairlynne

I've bought from Geewiz a few times already and never had any issues. The items are exactly as stated and work brilliantly and I have never had to return anything. Then my most recent experience.

I bought a Li-ion battery from them. When I received it, it was basically dead. Instead of 12V it was showing 3V, I could not even charge it. When I logged the return, they asked me to jump start it, which I did, and it ended up having 6V - all this tested via a multimeter. So I told them I suspect there's a dead cell. They then booked the collection to inspect themselves. The feedback I received was that they tested it "with a lightbulb" and it worked. I then asked Fairlynne to interject on my behalf as, though it may power a lightbulb, the battery will not work on a UPS, which is where I needed it.

She then took the necessary steps and the battery was sent to the supplier, who tested it and confirmed a replacement may be given. Received the new battery and all went well from there.

So many thanks to Fairlynne who stood up for me and pushed this to the right conclusion. Happy customer, will return.
