What excellent service I received, started from my enquiry. My call had been handled by Jannie Lubbe (Technical Manager) and the info he submitted was prompt and very efficient.

Upon my arrival I was treated with great hospitality. The receptionist was friendly and very professional, and I waited approximately 2 minutes for Jannie to appear. The service he and his work team rendered was of outstanding quality and I left within less than half an hour with a basic new product of which 2 batteries for my inverter had been replaced at a very, very reasonable price.
