Great support and advice for your load shedding needs.

About 3 or 4 years ago I purchased a 1440w mercer inverter kit with 2 lead acid batteries from geewiz. Those batteries worked hard over the last several years and finally bit the dust. So over the past week or two I have been researching which batteries to get in order to replace them. Lithium? Gel? Lead acid?

I got a lot of quotes from many many many suppliers but what I didn't get from any of them was answers.

Geewiz was the only company that when I reached out with questions actually answered them and gave me really good advice. I spoke to Jannie in their customers support and he was incredible. Over 20 emails back and forth over the course of 2 days. He gave me several options with different pros, cons and price points.

I settled on 2x 50ah lithium batteries (would have went with the 100ah but they are on back order unsurprisingly). Jannie took the time to show me exactly how to wire up the new batteries. I took a few photos once I wired them up and he made sure I had done everything correctly before I tuned everything on. This was great because I was terrified of doing something wrong and frying my whole setup.

The whole process of choosing what to get took about a day and the setup back and forth a few hours once my batteries arrived. I don't think I ever waited more than 30 min for a reply.

Price wise geewiz is generally on the cheaper side of average as far as I can tell but the real selling point for me has been the pre and post purchase support.

10/10 would recommend these guys for your tech needs, especially if you are making a larger purchase were doing it right matters.
